What are the delivery times?

Since we handle international gadget orders, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the moment the order is shipped. You will receive a shipping notification.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our gadgets worldwide, free of charge.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing a unique tracking number and a link to track your gadget's delivery in real time. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to become active.

What if my gadget arrives damaged?

If the box is visibly damaged, refuse the package. If you find the gadget is damaged after opening it, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at cradhyshop9@gmail.com, attaching:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the damaged item.

Photos of the outer and inner packaging.
